DIY 4 Leaf Clover Tattoos & Stickers (with Free Printables)

March 10 by Steph (MPMK Founder)

Make your own "absolutely no pinching" temporary tattoos or stickers at home with the kiddos.
Free Printable - Make your own St. Patrick's Day temporary tattoos and stickers.

When I was a kid, the best part of St. Patrick’s Day was making people think you weren’t wearing green.  Then, just when they were going in for the pinch, WHAM!, you flashed them your green.

If you saw this post, then you know I’m all about the free printables for St. Paddy’s Day.  Today I’ve got one for creating secret green tattoos or stickers to be hidden under sleeves until reveal time.

Free printable: Make your own "absolutely no pinching" stickers and temporary tattoos.

First you’ll need to gather your materials.  For tattoos you’ll need this special printer paper and for stickers I’d recommend full sheet labels.  Click through for the printables and instructions.

Next, open up either my Tattoo Sheet Template or my Sticker Sheet Template.  For the stickers simply print the sticker template onto the label sheet.  For the tattoos, print the tattoo template onto the glossy side of the tattoo paper.  Allow plenty of time for the ink to dry and peel off the backing of the adhesive sheet and lay it on top of the printed sheet of shamrocks.

Cut out the shamrocks (the tattoo paper is for a Silhouette Cutter but regular scissors work just fine).  Obviously, you’ll want to be more precise cutting along the outlines for the stickers than for the tattoos.

If you’re making stickers you’re done.  For the tattoos, peel away the clear plastic, apply the sticky side to skin, and cover with a wet cloth for 10-15 seconds.  Remove the paper and you’re good to go.
