What is this 5 Day Email Course?
Many of you have already signed up, and are super excited, for Plan Your Summer Like Boss (yay! So am I!) But some of you are still a little confused.
In a nutshell, the challenge is a simple way to ensure that we’re making the most out of those 18 summers we have with our kids!

We’re gonna talk big picture and think about what we want to get out of summer. What will be our theme (connecting, adventuring, learning something new?) and what do we want to accomplish.
Today we’ll talk details. What will the flow of each day look like and what tools will we use to convey this to our kids (I’ve got lots of printables for you to make it easy).
Today is all about healthy summer food. We’re talking lots and lots of quick and healthy ideas to keep the kids happy and energized all day long. The emphasis will be on stuff that’s both easy to throw together and portable for all those trips to the park and the pool.
Don’t forget about YOU! One of my goals for this summer is to get better about self-care and I’m taking you guys with me. I’m gonna give you some ideas on little things you can do all summer long to also stay energized and feel supported.
Now that you have a pretty good idea of what you want to do with your summer, I’m gonna give you lots and lots of resources for filling it up.
